Who is Supastar?
Supastar was started in the spring of 2005, and has since then, focused on being one of the leading online suppliers of accessories and clothing for women and men.

Supastar is located in Aalborg, which is the charming capital of the northern part of, Denmark. The city offers a pulsating and charming environment, with a special emphasize on fashion. We collect our items from various vendors, across the continents - primarily Europe and the United States. Our goal is to have 85% of all our goods available on stock.

Which kind of items can I purchase at Supastar?
We only sell lasting quality products. All products at Supastar is original, and we do not sell used or damaged goods.

How do I select a product?
To find a product at Supastar, is very simple. At the top of the page you will find a menu, where you can choose between male or female. You can narrow down your search results, by selecting one of the categories below your gender. At the right you can browse our items, based on the corresponding category or brand. You will browse products of both men and women here

How do I select a color and/or size?
Efter at du gennem produktlisten har klikket dig ind på et produkt, vælger du under selve beskrivelsen hvilken størrelse produktet skal have. Vi gør størrelserne op i de internationale XS (xtra-small), S (small), M (medium), L (large), XL (xtra-large), XXL osv.. Er størrelserne store eller små vil der blive gjort opmærksom på det. Vi opgør derudover også i størrelsen One-size som passer de størrelser der er angivet under produktbeskrivelsen.

When will I receive my item(s)?
On the product page, there is specified a time frame of delivery for the item. Usually international orders are delivered in between 2-5 working days. Remember that the delivery time frame is only working days. All orders in the weekend are processed on the forthcoming Monday. We ship out on all days of the year, except weekends and holidays.

Can I return my purchase?
If you receive an item you are not satisfied with, you can return the product to our offices, and we will compensate you with a full refund equal to the price of the product(s) you have purchased. Please notice that special rules apply to name jewellery. Please refer to our return policy for more specific details. 


TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipment

If you select standard shipping or express shipping, we will always have your package insured. If you select low fare shipping, the package will not be insured. We recommend that you use low fare shipping for orders below 30 € and standard shipping for orders above this amount.

The shipment usually takes between 2-5 working days, depending on the location the order is shipped to (within Europe). For orders outside Europe, longer delivery time can occor. Please check with your local postal service for information about this. Please check the status of your order under your ClubSupastar profile, or email us for further information.

Notice that longer delivery time may occur, if you are ordering name jewellery. Time frames of delivery will always occur from the product pages of name jewellery.

Should an order not be delivered to you as a result of a misgiven address, failure to collect the package at the post office, or other reasons Supastar is not liable for; the package is only to be resent, on the costumer’s expense.

Back orders

Items that are backordered have an individual timeframe of delivery. All items on Supastar are normally in stock or will be refilled in a short time span. Usually it takes us between 1-3 weeks to refill a specific item featured on Supastar. Although we reserve the right to cancel on orders which contains items we no longer can get. If an item is backordered, we will let you know either by phone or email.

Tax and customs

If you are living inside the European Union (EU), there are usually no custom fees on your order. However, if you are ordering outside the EU, Supastar does not cover any taxes and customs expenses you should encounter.


RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds

You must notify us before you return any merchandise, and only after a mutual agreement will we accept a return. If the product is found to be defective in materials or in craftmanship on the part of the manufacturer, or if it needs to be replaced because of a fault in manufacturing or workmanship, the manufacturer will do so with the same product, or another of the same value, at their discretion. If you are not satisfied with the product for whatever reason, you can still exchange the item. We either credit the amount to your account again or exchange the item with a similar of the same price. There is a 14 day exchange period and a two year guarantee on all items which covers defective in materials/workmanship. We do not cover the shipping costs of returning the item. We refund the money for the item in a timeframe of 14 days upon reception of the item.

Follow these steps to return

1) Please mail us at sales@supastar.dk

2) All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes
(whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure
credit.

3) For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Name Jewelry

Due to the nature of name jewellery, we do not accept returns on these items, unless the error is caused by a fault in craftsmanship. It is also solely your own responsibility to measure correctly, so the item(s) fits you. Also, please bear in mind that custom name jewelry which initially is displayed with diamonds in the product picture, will be diamond cut if no diamonds are selected with the product.
 

SAFETY

Your info

When you have placed an order, we will store your address information, solely for the use of being able to deliver your order and for supporting you, should there be any errors in your order. No information given by you to Supastar will be forwarded to a 3rd party.

Newsletter

If you have been added to a newsletter, it is only with your personal compliance. We only add you, when you actively say yes to receive our newsletter (E.G. – pressing “Yes” on either the order confirmation page or the separate newsletter page). Your mail address is purely confidential between you and Supastar and will not be sold to 3rd party.

Shopping

Supastar uses a 128 bit SSL encrypted payment system, which is certified by Verisign and PBS International. When you shop, no card information is forwarded to Supastar. We can only withdraw the amount you have approved, or reduce the total amount. We will only withdraw the money when we partially or fully have shipped out your order. Please visit www.verisign.com for more information about secure payment. All transactions are withdrawed in euroes.


SHOP GUARANTEE

Payment

We accept almost any large credit card issuer. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Dankort, and E-Dankort. If you wish to pay alternatively, we also accept wire transfer and PayPal. Please send an email to info@eu.supastar.dk with your order and the order total, and we will process the order and send you additional information on how to proceed.

Tracking number

If you have placed an order and selected standard- or express shipping, we can supply you with tracking number. This allows you to follow the progress of the package, until it reaches your doorstep. Simply send an email to info@eu.supastar.dk with your order number, and we will supply you with the tracking information. Please notice, that we can only supply you with a tracking number, if the package is already sent.

Secure payment

You can always be sure that your information is fully confidential when you place an order with Supastar. We are using a 128 bit encrypted secure payment system, that is verified by Verisign and PBS International.
